  • Following success of the site PMO, developed and implemented portfolio governance process and toolkit for high priority projects across multiple global manufacturing sites.     • Led team of 20 employees and architectural/engineering firm to design manufacturing laboratory facility: Design was completed on schedule and under budget (10M).
